I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LIVING HERE!!! The office staff and maintenance crew are ALL AMAZING!!! They're willing to listen if anything needs attention and offer assistance in a timely manner, which is very helpful and appreciated!!! I was truly impressed how often they kept the steps and sidewalks shoveled and parking lots plowed during the winter. Would HIGHLY recommend living here ?? - Verified Resident

I’ve lived here for about 2 years now. I have had no complaints or issues. My apartment is updated and quite nice for the price and everything. It’s in an excellent location! Everyone is very friendly and willing to help to figure out anything that you need. - Kayla

The maintenance team is absolutely fantastic and really stay on top of everything. The complex is clean, safe, and scenic. The ponds and trees around here are beautiful. In the warmer months there are frogs everywhere! Ducks and geese also spend time by the water. There is a Meijer and Walmart just down the road and a Target a short walk away. It's almost strange living so close to Alpine and all it's stores but without feeling like you live in the city. - Alex
