The maintenance team is absolutely fantastic and really stay on top of everything. The complex is clean, safe, and scenic. The ponds and trees around here are beautiful. In the warmer months there are frogs everywhere! Ducks and geese also spend time by the water. There is a Meijer and Walmart just down the road and a Target a short walk away. It's almost strange living so close to Alpine and all it's stores but without feeling like you live in the city. - Alex

I've lived at Green Ridge for just under a year and will be moving out in a few weeks for something closer to work, but I just wanted to say that my experience here was great! I was in a rush to find a place when I first moved there, and the staff was courteous and helpful through the whole process. I am a senior citizen who has lived here at Greenridge since 2012. I have always found my choice to move here to have been a wise decision! The staff, both office and maintenance, are professional, caring about the residents' needs and overall, an excellent group of people. As a senior, however, I am always concerned about any rent increases, and I pray that Greenridge can continue to make this an affordable place for me to continue calling my home for many years to come.
