We have a redecoration process which includes checking everything in the apartment, painting, cleaning or replacing the carpets and a lock change.
Yes, we have 24-hour maintenance service.
We have a 24-hour emergency line and for non-emergencies, you can send them in your Resident Services account online or call the office.
Service is done by urgency and then in the order received, appointments are available.
No, we always ask permission to enter and that is the quickest way for us to coordinate our schedules. We can set an appointment if you want to be home or have a pet.
You can call the office or the emergency maintenance line and we will verify your ID and let you in.
Check with us as there is a process to follow in order to paint your apartment. We ask that you do not paint the ceiling. You are welcome to also put up pictures, etc. as long as the holes are about a dime size or less. Larger holes may need extensive repair and could result in charges.
We pay all utilities except electric, washer and dryer in each unit, closet organizers and storage. There's also a pool with sundeck and community building.
The pool area is open Memorial Day-Labor Day every day except in bad weather from 10:00 a.m.- dusk. Every resident will get a pass and is allowed 2 guests unless there is overcrowding.
All the lot parking is first come, first serve. We also do have reserved carports for rent.
No, every apartment has its own washer and dryer.
There is a one time $150.00 Pet Fee due at move in which is not refundable (it is not a deposit) and a $20.00 per month Pet Rent for up to 2 pets.

Due to COVID-19 we will no longer be able to accept packages in our office.
There are no quiet hours. We charge a fee to rent our community building as well as a deposit.
Of course not. We'd love to set up an appointment, or you can stop in during business hours.
We can do whatever is more convenient for your schedule.

We are usually able to get results back within a day, however, sometimes the process can take longer depending on the situation.
You will pay a Security Deposit, Administrative Fee, and prorated rent, along with optional amenities or services such as pet fees, cable TV, carport and/or internet.

There are several within a few miles, and the first indoor dog park will open summer 2020 in Comstock Park.

Take the Alpine Ave. North exit off of 196, or I-96 or US-131. We are located on Alpine close to highways, right behind Best Buy.
